2010 Registration and Clearance Form

This form is required to be filled out and submitted to the league office if you wish to register a new player to your club, or gain a clearance for a player to join your club.

2010 Interchange Agreement Permit Form - Internal to RDFL

This form is required to be filled out if your club wishes to play an Under 16 RDFL player in your Under 18 RDFL team.

2010 Interchange Agreement Permit Form - RDFL & Ballarat FNL

This form is required to be filled out if an RDFL Junior Club aligned club with Under 18s in the Ballarat FNL is requested by the BFL Under 18 club to play an RDFL Under 16 player.

2010 Interchange Agreement Permit Form - RDFL & Bendigo FNL

This form is required to be filled out if an RDFL Junior Club aligned with Under18s in the Bendigo FNL is requested by the BFL Under 18 club to play an RDFL Under 16 player.

2010 Interchange Agreement Permit Form - RDFL & VAFA

This form is required to be filled out if an RDFL Junior Club aligned with Under 18s in VAFA is requested by the VAFA Under 18 club to play an RDFL Under 16 player.

2010 Coaches Registration Form

This form is required by all RDFL clubs to be filled out to register all your teams' coaches. The form allows for 3 coaches to be registered per form. All coaches will be need to be registered with the RDFL using this form before the season starts. Registration occurs via lodging the form via email, fax or hard copy to the Football & Netball Operations Manager.

2010 Trainers Registration Form

This form is required by all RDFL clubs to be filled out to register each trainer. The form allows for 1 trainer to be registered per form. All trainers will need to be registered with the RDFL using this form before the season starts. Registration occurs via lodging the form via email, fax or hard copy to the Football & Netball Operations Manager.

Practice Match Request Form

If your club would like umpires for a practice match, your club needs to download and complete the below attached form, and submit a copy to both the Riddell Umpires and the RDFL.

Netball Registration Forms - Players, Coaches, Umpires

All players, coaches and umpires for your club's netball need to be registered with the RDFL. If you need to register players in bulk from your club, or register your club coaches and umpires, download the appropriate form below and submit the completed form to the league office.
